Cleaning
Each product and its accessories are individually cleaned using eco-friendly materials, in accordance with our environmental policy. Additionally, in order to recover as many Grade A products, we applied a polishing activity which removes the superficial scratches and brings the product as close as possible to its original status
Grading and Repacking
The status of Grade A products:
- aesthetically: as new;
- functionally: as new;
- product & accessory packing: original packaging, plastic bag or bubble wrap;
- box: original or brown / white;
- labeling: UID, product identification, grade.
The status of Grade B products:
- aesthetically: superficial scratches;
- functionally: as new;
- product & accessory packing: original packaging, plastic bag or bubble wrap;
- box: original or brown / white;
- labeling: UID, product identification, grade.
The status of Grade C products:
- aesthetically: signs of usage;
- functionally: as new;
- product & accessory packing: original packaging, plastic bag or bubble wrap;
- box: original or brown / white;
- labeling: UID, product identification, grade.
